1. Name of Corporation/LLC
2. Name of Registered Agent
3. Address of the Registered Agent, including county
4. Name of President and social security number
5. Name of Secretary
6. Names of members of the Board of Directors
7. Names of Shareholders and addresses

For a simple incorporation in Virginia or Maryland, we charge $500. For incorporations in the District of Columbia, the fee is $800. The price includes the filing fee and the cost of the Corporate Books. We also get a Federal I.D number for the entity, and if you want to elect S Corporation status, we will do that as part of the fee.

The Corporate Books contain the Corporate Seal, the Stock Certificates, and Stock Register.

Incorporation takes about ten days, although the process can go faster, depending on the speed of mail delivery.
